With a population of 535, the small community of Summit, AR is easily overlooked. But, if we look in scripture, we see that God brings good things out of small towns. “Nathanael said to [Philip], “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.” (John 1:46)

In 2018, the elders of The River Bible Church in Mountain Home, AR were made aware of an empty 120-year-old church building on the outskirts of Summit. That was the beginning of God’s work in planting a church in this small community.
